PAYMENT

• I welcome your payment through Paypal or Google Checkouts. 

SHIPPING

• Most items are ready-to-ship. If an item that you've purchased is not ready to ship I will notify you with an estimate of when the item will ship. A general rule is that all items will ship in about 4 business days via standard USPS which is included in the cost of the item. When your order ships you'll receive an email confirmation, along with complimentary tracking information. Please check the email address linked to your PayPal account for this info :] 
• I currently ship within the U.S. only. If you live outside the U.S., please contact me using the contact form for a shipping quote. 
• Please note: Customers are responsible for paying International/Customs fees. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• Please understand that once I take your package to the Post Office your package is out of my hands, literally. 
•  Please use the Contact page to share any concerns you have regarding your order. All sales are final. Any returns/exchanges are approved based on my discretion.
